NeemTV & Partner Events: Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all events produced, co-branded, or hosted in partnership with NeemTV, including but not limited to live sports and wrestling events, concerts, movie screenings, watch parties, creative expos, mixers, film projects, and live-streamed broadcasts.
1. Ticket Sales, Refunds, and Cancellations
All Sales Final: All ticket purchases, vendor registrations, and entry fees are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or missed attendance.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new date. If Neem TV or its event partners entirely cancel an event without a rescheduled date, ticket holders will be contacted directly with information regarding credit or refund procedures.
2. Admission and Seating
General Admission: Unless a specific reserved seat is explicitly stated on the ticket, events operate on a General Admission (GA) basis. GA seating, standing room, and viewing areas are available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
VIP & Reserved Seating: VIP ticket holders possess the exclusive right to the specific seats or sections reserved for them. Any attendee found occupying VIP or reserved seating without the proper ticket will be required to relocate immediately. Failure to cooperate with staff regarding seating assignments will result in immediate ejection from the venue without a refund.
Right of Entry: Neem TV and partner venues reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual if venue capacity is reached, or if the individual fails to comply with venue policies, age restrictions, or security checks.
3. Program and Lineup Changes
Subject to Change: Event itineraries, match cards, scheduled talent, musical acts, featured filmmakers, guest speakers, and participating vendors are subject to change without prior notice.
No Compensation for Alterations: The cancellation or substitution of a specific performer, artist, or event partner does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or financial compensation.
4. Attendee Conduct and Safety
Code of Conduct: Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee whose conduct is deemed disorderly, disruptive, offensive, or unsafe.
Prohibited Actions: Throwing items at performers or screens, unauthorized entry into restricted areas (such as rings, stages, VIP sections, or production zones), and harassment of staff, vendors, or other attendees will result in immediate removal without refund.
5. Notice of Filming and Media Consent
Filming in Progress: By attending any Neem TV event, you acknowledge that you are entering an area where photography, audio recording, video production, and live broadcasting may occur.
Release of Likeness: By entering the event premises, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded. You grant Neem TV, its co-branding partners, and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use your voice, image, and likeness in any media—including promotional materials, live streams, and commercial releases—worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.
6. Social Media, Community Recording, and Intellectual Property
Community Capture Encouraged: While Neem TV is a multimedia production company, our goal is to build a collaborative, family-like environment with our community and local influencers. We actively encourage attendees to capture photos and videos on their smartphones to share on social media. Tagging Neem TV and our partners is always appreciated as we grow together.
Restricted Professional Recording: To protect the integrity of specific projects (such as unreleased film screenings or proprietary live broadcasts), the unauthorized professional recording, streaming, or commercial reproduction of exclusive event content using professional camera or audio rigs remains prohibited without prior media credential approval.
7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Inherent Risks: Certain events involve intense physical action, crowds, and elevated noise levels. Action may occasionally spill beyond designated performance boundaries. By attending, you assume all risks incidental to the event, including the possibility of flying objects, performers entering the spectator area, or accidental property damage.
Release of Liability: You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event and waive any and all claims for personal injury, loss, or property damage against Neem TV, its event partners, participating collectives, sponsors, the host venue, and all associated staff and performers.
